I have so much to say about meeting Brooke and Brian that I plainly can’t put it all into this post! I met Brooke through the almighty Instagram. She runs a group called the Heal Hive. A group dedicated to helping people heal from Lyme disease through the use of Bee Venom. We share the same path, and I will leave it there for now. I messaged her with some questions, and she noticed I was a photographer and low and behold she had just gotten engaged! She asked me if I would be able to come out to California and shoot her wedding, and I couldn’t decline the opportunity.
Brooke and Brian came together through past work connections but their relationship bonded one night over the hardships that chronic illness brings. He basically never left her side, their worlds merged and are happily living in Sonoma enjoying their best health and the amazing happily ever after. Brooke and Brian’s wedding took place at Viansa Sonoma and incredible winery in the hills of Sonoma, California. Everyone stayed the night at Westerbeek Ranch the night before, swam, did yoga, and prepped for the big day. The few of the “A list” of guests included Salman Rushdie and Sting’s daughter, as well as many more. Brilliant!
